How quickly will my items be ready?

Our answers below are estimated turnaround times. Actual times may be sooner or later.

Same-day service on regular items	Monday-Thursday, when dropped off by 8:30 am; picked up after 3:30pm in most cases
Regular dry-cleaning	2 business days
Wedding Gowns	usually about 6 weeks
Emergencies	can usually be accommodated; please call 217-522-3313.
Leather, suede, and fur cleaning	2-3 weeks
Comforters, bedspreads, non-electric blankets, pillow shams, duvets and dust ruffles	3-5 days
Pillow cleaning	3-7 days
Draperies	5-10 days
Tablecloths	5-10 days

Can I have my shirts folded?

Shirts are returned on hangers, but can be folded, if requested.

Do you use dangerous chemicals on my clothing and bedding? Should I air my clothing before putting it away after having it cleaned?

Paris does not use perchloroethylene (perc); you can hang and use your Paris-cleaned clothing and bedding immediately. More information…

Bring in your seasonal items, and we will clean and press them and place them on hangers on one of our many racks. Your clothing is available for pickup any time during regular business hours. More information…
